These sessions will blend education and exercise, tailored specifically to meet the unique needs of your body. As a licensed physical therapist in addition to a personal trainer,, I bring specialized expertise in adapting exercises and techniques to suit each individual, ensuring a safe and effective experience that supports your postpartum recovery.
Program Details:
Duration: 6 Weeks (12 Sessions Total)
Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays at 10:30 AM
Session Length: Two 45-minute sessions per week
For women 6wks - 6 months postpartum
Babies are welcome to join!
