  • Duration: 6 Weeks (12 Sessions Total)

  • Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays at 10:30 AM

  • Session Length: Two 45-minute sessions per week

  • For women 6wks - 6 months postpartum

  • Babies are welcome to join!
